Hi, My name is Avia, I'm an Israeli illustrator, comic maker, and designer. I work in both traditional and
digital mediums. In my work I am interested mainly in stories, questions, experimental formats, and the
line between the precise and the expressive. I grew up in Boston, but most of my life has been here in Israel,
so I'm fluent in both Hebrew, and English. I have recently graduated with honours from The Department of
Visual Communications at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem.
